Second floor (top floor)

The second floor of the villa includes 3 bedrooms and one main room. This fourth room can be used for different purposes: in this large room there is a well- equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sofa bed and even a bathroom opens from here. The sofa bed could be made into a double bed, so this room could be converted into an additional bedroom. All four rooms upstairs are air-conditioned.

Room 1

A typical bedroom, opening to a terrace which has a beautiful view to the lake. The room has a double bed, it is equipped with a Smart TV. A bathroom with a shower and toilet opens from the room directly.

Room 2

A smaller room right beside Room 1, also with an entrance to the top floor terrace. The room has a special, fun design for kids – but of course great for adults too. It has two large size single beds in it. There is a bathroom – with a separate entrance – right beside the room. This room is also equipped with a Smart TV.

Room 3

A bright, double bed room with a Smart TV and an additional fold-out sofa-bed, which can be used by one or two people. Room guests can either share the bathroom with the guests of Room 3 or can use the bathroom joining the Apartment style room 4 on the same floor.

Room 4

The apartment style room is a multi purpose room, it is large and has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The sofa-bed can be used for different activities like watching TV or cardplay and, after folding out, can be a comfy sleeping bed. There is a bathroom – with shower and toilet – opening directly from this room.
