First floor (ground floor)

The ground floor is generally the space for indoor gatherings. It has a dining room, with a large table, and a spacious living room. From the fully equipped kitchen and dining room you can exit to the beautiful, thatched courtyard with the grill area, to the pool and a large lawned garden where you can find swings and the sandpit. Another area for afternoon or evening, relaxation, parties or big brunches is the large lounge-terrace, which opens from the living room. The rooms and the common areas are all individually air-conditioned. All rooms feature tasteful elegant décor with waterside or nautical themes.

The first floor has one major bathroom with a bathtub, shower and bidet. There is a separate toilet room right beside it.

Room 1

The living room.It is a tastefully designed room with a unique atmosphere, providing access to a huge terrace with stylish lounge-furniture and a big table for large parties. The terrace has a wall-mounted pergola with fabric sliding canopy to create perfect shade on sunny days. The large sofa can be converted into a double bed if needed. There is a smart TV and a sound system which can be connected to your mobile devices even with bluetooth.

Another stylish double bedded room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed which, if needed, can serve as a comfortable bed for sleeping.
