THE SPACE
Villa Nautica is a modern, well equipped accommodation. During refurbishment we took care of every minor detaiL. We chose the furniture, building materials and interior fittings to provide you with a pleasant, aesthetic and visual experience as well as a space for physical recreation. For our guests with specific needs – groups of friends, family groups- we promise the service standard of a boutique hotel.
The luxurious comfort is ensured by the always freshly mowed garden, quality sunbeds, the state of the art grill in a shady dining-terrace, the individually shaded lounge-terrace furnished with comfortable, modern armchairs and beds, also the fully air conditiontioned living areas. We’ve also thought about the little ones: we built swings for children and at the end of the garden we created a sandpit. By the way, here, it is almost a must to step on the grass or lay on it, run around, read a book, have good conversations…. and to jump in the pool whenever you wish. The garden’s atmosphere is perfect for a party night with the hurricane lamps or the candles, and the specially designed and built outside lights can conjure an atmosphere for a magical intimate dinner for two, or a dinner party for many.
COMFORT
We are prepared for good or bad weather. Throughout the villa – in the garden, next to the swimming-pool and on the terrace – there is good Wifi access.
All our rooms and living areas are equipped with smart TV’s.
We have sound systems located in the living areas, but they can be placed on the terrace or even in the garden, so you can listen to music in high-quality everywhere. Mobile devices can be connected to the systems via bluetooth.
The full pleasure of coffee is ensured by the Nespresso machines. We sell different flavour and strength coffee capsules to our guests, but of course guests can supply their own.
Our bathrooms are fully stocked with skin-friendly shower gels and gentle hair shampoos, as well as hairdryers and naturally soft and good quality towels. We supply beach towels for outside sunbathing.
Our guests can use the high performance washing machine and dryer at our basement.
On both levels of the house a well equipped kitchen is ready for the use of our guests. We offer bicycle rent and service too. Parking is within the grounds and is free of charge.
If you have business to do during your holiday, you can fax, scan or print at the reception. We can help you with your shopping, organising transport, babysitting or barbeques. We are creative so feel free to turn to us, we’ll try to answer to all your requests and solve all your problems.
Our guests can pay by card.
THE HOSTS
BREAKFAST
No, we do not feed our guests with additives or bad quality food full of preservatives. Pre ordered – we keep you well fed with a healthy, nutritious breakfast: varied daily choice, from local farmers, of excellent quality home grown food. Local dairy products, delicious sausages and salami are from local farmers, pastries, bread and all bakery products are from the best local patisseries. We buy our eggs locally, we make our own freshly squeezed orange juice, and Oh,… there is always some surprise course.
